- Laura Tarquinio grew up in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and now resides in Stuart, Florida. She attended Bauder College for Commercial Art. Through the years she has taken several classes in pencil, oil, and watercolor. Her artwork has been shown in Winter Haven, FL and Ft Lauderdale, FL. She is the administrative assistant/gallery manager for Nationally known PBS watercolor artist Terry Madden. She is also one of Terry Madden's Certified Teachers. Laura now teaches watercolor painting classes across the country. She is also available for commissioned work.
